Working in pharmacy is rewarding, but it is also demanding, fast-paced, and emotionally complex. The Wellbeing in the Pharmacy course has been designed to help pharmacists and pharmacy staff boost their own wellbeing and that of their teams. Retail pharmacy is a fertile ground for burnout due to a heavily regulated environment, excessive documentation, demanding customers and patients, long hours, prolonged periods of concentration, and staffing shortages.
This practical, science-backed 4‑hour online course gives you simple, ready-to-apply tools that support wellbeing without adding pressure to your day. You will explore what truly drives wellbeing and learn how small, consistent habits can make a powerful difference both professionally and personally.
A clear definition of wellbeing and how small daily habits create sustainable improvements.
How positive emotions boost thinking, teamwork, resilience, and the atmosphere in the pharmacy.
Simple, practical ways to stay present, reduce stress, and improve focus during busy workdays.
How everyday interactions strengthen trust, culture, and overall wellbeing at work.
