An effective skincare consultation at the counter can be an invaluable service for any pharmacy to offer. Not only will a knowledgeable and skilled team member enhance the customers experience in choosing the skincare product that is right for them but they will also deliver the business greater sales and profitability. The special relationship built in the pharmacy environment between health and beauty advisors and their customers invites an atmosphere of trust and professionalism, increased knowledge in the area of skin health will help build upon this relationship and empower the customer to make the correct decisions for their skin health.
