The ‘IPU Management Development Skills Course’ is an introduction to Leadership and Management and is aimed at learners who are in a supervisory or management role or aspire to be in the future. This interactive tutor-directed online workshop is delivered over two days, one month apart.

  • Dates: Day 1: Thursday 15 May 2025. Day 2: Thursday 29 May 2025.
  • Time: 10.00am – 5.00pm with a break for lunch

  • Coaching; and
  • Appraising.
 

Day 2 Tutor Directed Online Workshop

  • Delegation Skills – Benefits, Delegation Continuum;
  • Team Working Skills – How Teams are Formed, Workplace Teams; and
  • Motivation Skills – Theory and Practice.
