Susan O’Dwyer, IPU Head of Professional Services, addressed members of the Pharmaceutical Managers Institute at a stakeholder briefing on the morning of 23 April. This briefing explored developments across community pharmacy including the Community Pharmacy Agreement 2025, pharmacy-based vaccination services, the Common Conditions Service and developments in the IT space. Founded in 1989, the Pharmaceutical Managers Institute is a not-for-profit, professional membership organisation dedicated to the continuous learning, development and support of those working in management roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Members include originators, generic, wholesalers and service organisations.
