First-year pharmacy students at South East Technological University (SETU) have received copies of the British National Formulary (BNF), sponsored by Boots Ireland, as part of an initiative supporting their learning and professional development.
The presentation took place during a visit by Lisa Buckley, Boots Teacher Practitioner, who met with students beginning their pharmacy studies at SETU.
The visit provided an opportunity for students to learn more about careers in community pharmacy and the bespoke Boots summer placement programme, which offers practical experience to complement their university education. Each student received a Boots Ireland-sponsored copy of the BNF.
