Each team comprised of six students who each gave a ten-minute presentation. The students’ presentations were on developing, managing, operating, financing, risk management and marketing a novel clinical pharmacy service. Congratulations to the winners of the prizes and all the students for their hard work. Their excellent presentation standards and ability to answer some tough questions from the panel speak volumes about the quality of the training provided. Both the IPU and McAuley Pharmacy Group provided prizes on the day.

Ms Fitzell said the standard of presentations was excellent: “I was blown away by the presentations and can safely say the future of pharmacy is bright given what I saw at this event.” Emily Kelly of IIOP said; “The business case presentations were excellent, so well researched, reasoned and thought out. It is so motivating to see the calibre of students joining our profession.” IPU President Dermot Twomey said; “Terrific, insightful morning with high calibre undergrads. The future for the profession is in safe hands!”
