Medicines management is crucial in the care of the patient with Parkinson’s Disease (PD). The Irish Mediation Safety Network (ISMN) has recently published two documents to aid in medicines management for patients with PD.  The documents cover minimising risk from missed PD medicines doses and also a list of medicines that are contraindicated for use in patients with PD. The documents are available on the IMSN website imsn.ie.
