Home » CCS survey poster in this month’s IPU Review
As part of the ongoing evaluation of the Common Conditions Service (CCS), the Department of Health (DoH) have commissioned the RSCI to undertake research in this area. Part of this research is a patient survey to evaluate the care and treatment patients received recently at a pharmacy under the Common Conditions Service. The survey responses will allow the DoH to best understand how the service is being used and to identify ways it can be improved to meet the needs of the public. This survey is completely anonymous, and respondents will not be asked to provide any personal identifying information.
To encourage participation by the public the IPU have developed a poster for use in your pharmacy, flagging the survey and providing a QR code to access the survey. A copy of the poster with the QR code is included in this month’s IPU Review — we encourage all members to display this poster and encourage those who have used the CCS to complete the survey, as this will help us all to improve the service to our patients.
