The IPU Introduction to Employment Law and Employee Rights eLearning course has been designed to assist owners and managers to ensure compliance with current employment rights and employer responsibilities. Employment law has become increasingly complex over the past number of years, therefore, it is critical that employers and managers have a basic knowledge in all aspects of recruitment, selection, employment and the management of employees.
