High Tech Drugs Scheme
The High Tech Drugs Scheme course is to expand your knowledge and competence relating to the operation of the High Tech Drug Schemes including the most commonly prescribed high tech drugs, along with their actions, dosage, and side effects.
eLearning CPD Information Cost: The cost for online courses is €19 per course for IPU members and €27 per course for non-members. We have added eLearning CPD Courses for pharmacy technicians, trainee pharmacy technicians and pharmacy teams to our learning platform. These courses have been designed to engage the learner using interactive on-screen content, quizzes, video presentations and a final assessment where the learner can print their own Certificate of Completion. By studying online, the learner chooses their own learning environment that works best for them. Learners are required to take notes and continuously interact with the onscreen content which is supported by a voice-over that presents key points and gives instructions, making both learning and the course itself easier, more interactive, and enjoyable. Learners can study at their own pace and a time that suits them, as a result knowledge retention is improved. Learners are able to access online CPD course at any time – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!
