The International Pharmacy Federation (FIP) has announced that 25 September will be marked as World Pharmacists Day (WPD) 2025. The theme for this year is ‘Think Health, Think Pharmacist’.

We would encourage you all to mark this day in your pharmacy, on your social media and on your website to raise the profile of pharmacists in Ireland and across the world.

FIP has developed a range of campaign materials to mark the WPD including the following resources which can be used to highlight World Pharmacists Day:*

• The official WPD logo;
• Static and animated social media banners;
• Twibbons (visual graphic to be used with your image on social media);
• Website images for use in pharmacy and on your social media and website; 
• Ideas to activate WPD from previous campaign; and
• The hastag #WPD2025 should be used if posting on social media.
