Approximately 1,400 pharmacists have been selected for the 2024/25 ePortfolio Review. In mid-October, the Irish Institute of Pharmacy (IIOP) sent an email to those selected, providing information on the key dates for the process and the support resources available. A follow-up reminder email was issued in early December. If you are one of those selected, the IIOP portal will send an email to the address registered on your IIOP profile on Monday 6 January, notifying you that the submission period has begun. The submission window will remain open until Sunday 26 January 2025. Submissions can be made at any point during this three-week window, and multiple submissions are allowed.
If your submitted extract meets the standards for ePortfolio Review, you will not receive feedback. In the event that one or more standards are not met within your extract, and you submitted your extract on or before 26 January 2025, you will receive feedback in late February. You will then have the opportunity to resubmit. The process will be complete in early May 2025 when the final outcomes are communicated.

The IIOP is also running a series of live information events to support selected pharmacists. Events have been held throughout autumn 2024 with further events scheduled on 3 and 10 December and on 8 and 21 January 2025. These information events are facilitated by Peer Support Pharmacists and focus on the core requirements of the ePortfolio Review. You can register for these events under the ‘Courses & Events’ tab on the IIOP website. For those unable to attend a live session, there is a recorded version available on the IIOP website as part of the ePortfolio support resources.
