When will the IPU Jobs Portal go live?
The IPU Jobs Portal go live in October at www.jobs.ipu.ie.
How can I access the IPU Jobs Portal as an Employer?
If you are an IPU Member and wish to post a job offer or locum shift, follow these steps:
- Log in to the IPU website
- Click on “IPU Jobs” on the top menu
- You will be redirected to the IPU Jobs Portal
- Click the “Employers” button on the top menu and you will be able to access the Employers Dashboard
What can I do as an Employer on the IPU Jobs Portal
Once you are logged in as an Employer, you can:
- Post job adverts or locum shifts
- Create Locum Pharmacists alerts
- Track candidates who apply for your job listings
- Access other job management features
What should I do if I have trouble logging in as an Employer?
If you experience issues logging in as an Employer, please contact recruitment@ipu.ie for assistance.
How can I access the IPU Jobs Portal as a Candidate?
If you want to apply for jobs or locum shifts, follow these steps:
- Go to the IPU Jobs Portal
- Click the “Candidates” button on the top menu
- Register as a Candidate
- Start applying for jobs and locum shifts
What can I do as a Candidate on the IPU Jobs Portal?
As a Candidate, you can:
- Apply for job offers and locum shifts
- Create job alerts to stay updated on new opportunities
Is it possible to access the Jobs Portal as both an Employer and a Candidate?
Yes, you can access the portal as both. However, if registering as a Candidate, you must use a different email address than the one used for your Employer account. For any technical queries, please contact us at recruitment@ipu.ie.
