COVID-19 Vaccination Programme
The Spring Booster Vaccination Programme concluded on 30 June. The COVID-19 Vaccination Programme will pause over the summer months for the majority of people, with the exception of the cohorts detailed below:
- Primary courses for those aged 6 months and older*; and
- Pregnant women in the appropriate stage of pregnancy and where the appropriate time since last dose of vaccine has elapsed**
*COVID-19 vaccinations are only provided through Community Pharmacy to those aged 12 years and older.

If you intend to provide vaccinations over the summer months and have in date COVID-19 vaccine stock from the Spring programme, please notify the HSE by sending the name, address and telephone number of your Pharmacy to Vaccinations.PrimaryCareContractors@hse.ie.
This will help the HSE to establish geographical cover and direct individual patients who may contact HSE Live.

LAIV Schools Programme
Community pharmacies who have agreed to offer an LAIV service on-site during the Autumn/Winter 2024/25 Campaign at a mainstream primary school are asked to provide the HSE with details of the school.
The Schools LAIV Template is accessible on the HSE Vaccination Primary Care Contractors (VPCC) Team LAIV Schools Programme Planning 2024/2025 webpage.
Completed forms should be returned to Vaccinations.PrimaryCareContractors@hse.ie before the 10 July. Further amendments can be submitted in September when the schools re-open.
