COVID-19 Vaccination Programme 2024
The Autumn Winter COVID-19 Booster Vaccination Campaign concludeon 18 February. The COVID-19 Vaccination Programme will pause for the majority of people, with the exception of the cohorts detailed below:
- Those aged 12 years and over who require primary course vaccination; and
- Those who are pregnant and require a booster dose.
Pharmacies have been asked by the HSE to maintain some vaccine stock to continue to provide COVID-19 vaccines should somebody from these cohorts require vaccination.
While NIAC Immunisation Guidelines Chapter 5a COVID-19 has been updated and published these changes are not yet operational.
