We have been made aware of payment complications for vaccine claims made through the HSE PharmaVax system, where a change in a pharmacy GMS number has taken place.
If you are changing your GMS contract number, you will need to notify the HSE PharmaVax team at least one week before submitting any vaccine claims for payment under your new GMS contract number. You are requested to include in the correspondence the new GMS contract number and the effective date on which the new GMS number will take effect.
This action will avoid any delay in payments or rejected claims by PCRS.
