The IPU’s series of regional meetings continue with tonight’s meeting in Limerick (see details below).
Next week we will host meetings in Kilkenny (24 October), Tullamore, Co. Offaly (26 October) and Macroom, Co. Cork (27 October). The eight regional meetings are spread out over four weeks.
These meetings provide an opportunity to feedback your experience of community pharmacy and to hear about the work of the IPU team. It is also a chance to meet your regional colleagues – something we have not done face to face in three years.
Tonight’s Mid West Regional Meeting takes place in the Castletroy Park Hotel, Dublin Road, Limerick at 8pm.
The details of next week’s meetings are as follows:
- South East Annual Regional Meeting: Newpark Hotel, Castlecomer Rd, Kilkenny at 8pm on Wednesday 24 October
- Midlands Annual Regional Meeting: Tullamore Court Hotel, O’Moore Street, Tullamore, Co. Offaly, at 8pm on Wednesday 26 October
- South Annual Regional Meeting: Castle Hotel, Macroom, Co Cork at 8pm on Thursday 27 October
The Agenda for each meeting is as follows:
- 30pm– Registration/Tea & Coffee/Networking
- 00pm– Order of Business & Apologies
- 15pm – Members’ briefing on the work of IPU to support you our members, and how you can work locally to further pharmacy in your area.
- 45 pm – Open forum to hear members views, questions and concerns
- 00pm– Meeting closes
