Third Party Verification

The PCRS is planning to issue a circular seeking a return to Third Party Verification. We have advised them that what they propose would be unworkable in practice and thus is unacceptable to our members. The IPU has offered to work collaboratively with the PCRS and has proposed that we jointly fund a project to be conducted by an independent expert company with a view to identifying where and how the current administrative burden can be eliminated and reduced.
