Spikevax – HPRA Safety Information

The HPRA and EMA have released important safety information from Moderna Biotech Spain S.L relating to Spikevax, which is available for reading here.

This safety information relates to reports of accidental underdosing of the Spikevax bivalent booster vaccines, where a 0.25 mL dose (equivalent to 25 mcg) was administered instead of the correct booster dose volume of 0.5 mL (50 mcg).
