We issued a press release about the Pharmacy Index 2024, produced by Ipsos B&A, which found that pharmacy usage is at an all-time high, with 2.1 million visits per week, and trust levels among the public are as high as ever. This topic received significant media coverage including Today FM, Midwest Radio, LMFM, 104 FM, Q102. The IPU President, Tom Murray, was also interviewed on Ocean FM. Dublin City FM, Galway Bay FM and Finn Valley Voice covered the IPU’s calls for the Government to address the chronic underfunding of the pharmacy sector.
