The Irish Times, Irish Independent, Irish Daily Mail and The Herald ran articles on medicine  shortages where the IPU was widely quoted.

There was further media coverage regarding blood pressure checks quoting Sinead McCool, IPU Acting Head of Professional Services. This topic was covered in the Munster Express, Dublin Gazette, Northern Standard and on Radio Kerry.
