The IPU issued a press release last Monday welcoming the recommendation of the Expert Taskforce set up by Minister for Health, Stephen Donnelly TD, allowing pharmacists to extend the validity of prescriptions up to a maximum of 12 months. Read more here.

Kathy Maher, IPU Chair of PCC, was on RTÉ Radio 1 Today with Claire Byrne discussing the same topic (listen here from 1:32) and also appeared on LMFM and Ocean Radio.
