The HSE PCRS has implemented email notifications in the High Tech Hub.
The notifications will come via Healthmail, and contractors are required to opt in under the ‘Notification’ tab of the High tech Hub, see below:

The HSE cautions that pharmacies must be aware that stock must not be ordered for new prescriptions until formally requested by the patient as their nominated pharmacy.
This enhancement was a result of requests from IPU committees and the collaborative efforts of PCRS over the past few months to improve the user experience with the High Tech Hub and the IPU will continue to advocate on behalf of members to ensure enhancements continue.
