This course provides an introduction to Leadership and Management and is aimed at learners who are in a supervisory or management role or aspire to be in the future. This course covers a number of important topics such as Planning, Organising, Leading, Coaching, Appraising, Delegating, Motivating and Understanding how to get the best from your team. There are two options available:
- Option 1 (Daytime) 2 days online on Tuesday 20 February & Thursday 7 March
- Option 2 (Evenings): 4 evenings online on 29 February, 7, 21, and 28 March
