The National Medication Safety Programme are pleased to offer new resources to help promote the Know, Check, Ask Campaign. Medicines lists are now available in 52 different languages and can be downloaded from www.hse.ie/safermeds. Hard copies of the ‘My Medicines List’ in English can be requested via www.healthpromotion.ie . Comprehensive guidance on how to use a medicines list is also available through a new video, accessible on the Safermeds website.
The HSE encourages everyone who takes regular medicines to keep an up-to-date list of their current medication by using the HSE’s ‘My Medicines List’.
