Throughout the month of April, we invite you to help to promote medication safety by engaging with patients to keep a medicines list and encouraging them to bring this list with them to all medical appointments. The “Keep Your Medicines List” campaign is about encouraging patients to take the time to complete their own list. Copies of the My Medicines Leaflet have been circulated with this month’s IPU Review, along with some key hints and tips to support your conversations.
