IPU Standard Operating Procedure Templates

We have developed and updated the following IPU templates which are available on our website under the ‘specialised drug’ tab:

• IPU SOP on the safe supply of Schedule 2 Controlled Drugs Methadone and Buprenorphine for Opioid Substitution treatment;
• IPU SOP on the safe supply of Schedule 2 Controlled Drug Methadone in palliative Care; and
• IPU Patient agreement for the receipt of Opioid Substitution Treatment in Community Pharmacy.
