Accommodation Booking
The final deadline to guarantee the special bedroom discount rate at Johnstown Estate is the 5 September. Hotel bedrooms can be booked by calling the hotel directly on 046 954 0000 and referencing your attendance at the conference. We have also added some alternative accommodation options available in the area, these can be found on the ‘Hotel Info’ tab here on the website.
Attendance Tickets
The Early Bird Rate attendance rate is available until the 9 September, book now to avail of the 25% discounted rate*. Your ticket provides access to all the speakers, entrance to the exhibition hall, lunch and tea/coffee in all the breaks throughout the day.
When booking your attendance tickets there are 3 items to complete on the webpage:
1. Friday Night FREE ‘Meet & Greet’ session with music – Please select your number of attendees on the Friday night.
2. Saturday Conference – select the appropriate attendance ticket(s).
3. President’s Dinner – please also select the number of dinner tickets you will require.
