Attendance Booking
Early booking is recommended to ensure members get the best attendance rates. When booking your attendance tickets there are 3 items to consider on the webpage:
- Friday Night FREE ‘Meet & Greet’ session with music – Please select your number of attendees on the Friday night.
- Saturday Conference – select the appropriate attendance ticket(s). Saturday Conference tickets include access to all the speakers, lunch and tea/coffee during all the breaks.
- President’s Dinner – please also select the number of dinner tickets you will require.

Please note: The early bird attendance rate expires on the 9 September.
Bedroom Booking
A special discounted hotel rate for conference attendees has been secured by the IPU. Hotel bedrooms can be booked by calling the hotel directly on 046 954 0000 and referencing your attendance at the conference.
Please note: The special discounted rate for IPU attendees is only available until the 22 August (next Tuesday) so early booking is essential.
