The HSE is running a national campaign encouraging anyone who is experiencing ongoing stress, anxiety, mental health or sleep problems to take a mindful approach and visit yourmentalhealth.ie. This webpage contains tools and resources that will help you to get through stressful periods in a more resilient way.
