The HPRA have issued a pharmacy level, batch recall notice for ten batches of Osteomel Once Weekly 70 mg tablets, PA0126/148/002, with immediate effect.
The reason for the recall is due to out of specification results for the parameter disintegration identified in a number of batches.

As the recall is at the pharmacy level, patients are not required to take any action.
