HPRA Update – Recall notice for Ketofall 0.25 mg/ml eye drops, solution in single-dose container, PA1815/002/001

The HPRA have issued a recall notice for Ketofall 0.25mg/ml eye drops, in a single dose container, for the following batches only:

This is due to a deviation in the manufacturing process.

Pharmacists are required to check their stocks and quarantine any of the above batches and contact their wholesaler for an uplift.

Full credit or replacement stock will be provided for stock that has been arranged for uplift before 21 September 2023.

Unaffected stock is available to order.
