Upon High Tech Medicines delivery, you must promptly acknowledge its receipt through the High Tech Hub. Failing to confirm the receipt of the delivery will result in the inability to place further orders for this specific individual and product.
To confirm the delivery, navigate to the ‘My Orders’ tab in the menu bar and locate the corresponding order number. The status of the order must be at dispatch for you to confirm receipt.
In case of a delivery error, the appropriate reason must be chosen, and the ‘Bad Delivery’ option utilised. Additionally, you can provide further details or comments in the text box located below the drop-down menu.
