Hardship LHO Limerick – Third Party Verification

Those members under the administrative area of LHO Limerick have been contacted by the Hardship Department in relation to approval process documentation. Going forward, they were asked to get patients and GPs’ signatures before submitting the HD1 forms. We have written to the PCRS outlining that this is a breach of current regulations in place and are awaiting a response from them. We will update you as soon as we have further information.
