Flu Vaccination Reimbursement – Problems with Payment

The HSE were unable to process payments for influenza vaccinations for the end of September.  Following recent with the IPU, they will now pay contractors by adjustment for this period.

We have made it clear to the HSE that there was adequate time to prepare for the flu season and are awaiting details from them as to why this error has occurred.  The fee adjustment payment is in respect of vaccinations administered between 20 and 30 September. Influenza claims will be included with the November payment. It is our understanding that there should be no further issues with payments. We are due to meet the HSE in relation to Influenza/COVID-19 vaccinations on Tuesday next week and will be in a position to provide you with more details after.
