A claim enquiry screen is available on the Pharmacy Application Suite under the claiming tab. This screen shows you claim status details for any claims submitted by your pharmacy to the PCRS for payment and it may help you to deal with queries relating to claims or reclaims. Claims rejected for payment are available on the claim enquiry screen on the pharmacy suite. Paid claims to your pharmacy for the last 6 months will be displayed, excluding those paid under the Opioid Substitution Scheme and Discretionary Hardship Arrangements.
To obtain detailed information about a specific claim you will need to insert the claim number. You will then be provided with detailed claim information including information on the identity of the patient and the claimed item.
