We would like to remind members that they are contractually obligated under clause eight of the Community Pharmacy Contractor Agreement to notify the HSE of any changes to pharmacy opening hours. You can do this by contacting your local HSE Pharmacist, whose contact details are available on the IPU website.
Pharmacies are required to inform the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) of opening hours when registering their retail pharmacy business. Therefore, we would recommend updating any changes with the PSI on their website.
