The IPU is in the process of implementing a new method for members to update the product file in their dispensary system via a web service. We have begun phasing out the current download method and from 1 November the updates will only be available via the automatic update.
This new automatic update will enable us to provide enhanced information with a more efficient and timely service and will also enable us to provide more frequent updates. We have been working closely with the system vendors in relation to this and the status for each one is as below:
• McLernons – Ready to go, login details and instructions for set up have been posted/emailed to all users.
• Clanwilliam – Login details and instructions will be issued in due course.
• Touchstore – Login details and instructions will be issued in due course.
• TouchPlus/NAVI – Only using the automatic download – no change required.
