Responsible for creating the strategy and coordination of education and training for pharmacy personnel, specifically, pharmacy technicians, and medicines counter employees. Also, manages/supervises assessor team, awarding bodies and students. In addition, responsible for researching, selecting and promoting training courses for upskilling all pharmacy personnel. Advises members on HR matters.
