The course is part of the university’s wider commitment to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Participants will learn how to build resilience to the effects of climate change alongside strategies for implementing sustainable healthcare practices in their own fields.
Healthcare is not exempt from the European Green Deal and the HSE has committed to achieving net zero emissions by 2050 through a climate action plan. See rcsi.ie for more information on the course.
