    • Supervision of Pharmacy in the absence of a Supervising Pharmacist ensuring general standards and procedures are adhered to.
    • Support the Supervising Pharmacist as appropriate in the following areas:
    • Management of Staff
    • Management of Stock Sales and Items
    • Housekeeping
    • Management of Dispensary tasks
    • Compliance with PSI Legislation and Dispensing Practices
    • Support Dispensary staff and colleagues working elsewhere in Branch as needed
    • Mentoring of less experienced staff

    Skills and Experience

    • May suit newly qualified Pharmacist
    • Full Driving Licence essential
    • Retail pharmacy experience desirable
    • Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays, when required
    • A helpful and courteous manner, compassionate and caring
    • Highly customer-focused and flexible to meet our Customer needs and our individual Branch needs
    • Strong team player with the ability to build trust internally and externally
    • Professional and respectful whilst dealing with others
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Well-organised with good admin skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task during busy periods
    • Fluency in English
