Recall of Nutramigen LGG Stage 1 & 2 Hypoallergenic Infant Formula

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland has issued a food alert and Reckitt/Mead Johnson Nutrition are recalling batches listed below for Nutramigen LGG Stage 1 & 2 Hypoallergenic Infant Formula because of the possible presence of Cronobacter sakazakii.

All pharmacies are urged to remove the affected batches from sale and display recall notices at the point of sale.
