PCRS may contact you requesting documentation to complete your pharmacy’s Paxlovid® claims. If this is the case, we advise to submit the requested documentation at your earliest convenience so the claim can be processed or confirm that they were not dispensed.
The Paxlovid® dedicated returns timeslots and process have not yet been agreed with UDD but the PCRS will let us know as soon as the scheduled pick-up has been agreed upon.
