Hardship Payments – Delays 

We are aware that there is a backlog of hardship payments with local offices due to the cyber attack. The PCRS is making every effort to work with the local offices to clear these backlogs. We advise members not to resubmit hardship claims unless advised by your local office to do so as this may cause yet further delays to your payment. We also remind you that the Hardship arrangements are not covered by the Community Pharmacy Contractors Agreement and you are under no obligation to operate them.
