‘Avoid The Wait’ Materials

New ‘Avoid the Wait’ posters and a leaflet have been developed to help explain why there may be delays in getting your prescription.

There are two versions of the poster, one for those who would like patients to ring the pharmacy regarding their prescription and the second requesting patients to use the Pharmacy app.

The leaflet details the possible causes for a delay in dispensing medicines. These new materials are available to download now from the website here.
